Photoshop Started Acting Up Again...

Okay, so there's this problem I think happens with older versions of Photoshop (because my MacBook is old as shit.) Basically, it's where you can only draw lines. No curves, just lines. This is obviously unsatisfactory when it comes to art, so I'm pretty much screwed. This tends to happen with huion tablets (which I have -_-), and I don't have enough money to get a decent tablet so I won't be making digital art anytime soon.
